Rosana’s Custom Cakes & Catering was established here in Las Vegas Nevada in 2015 and has been growing ever since.
We offer freshly made to order cakes and cupcakes, most of which are designed with the customer to ensure a more personal and unique cake.
We also offer a splendid fruit basket or platter display, and can also cater for most occasions, with hot or cold dishes.
Rosana Hooper is a master chef and extremely talented baker, whose cake display and designs are proving just as popular here in Las Vegas as they did in the United Kingdom.
Rosana started cooking at an early age, and first trained as a chef in her home country (the Philippines), she later moved to England to further study and improve her skills, it’s there where she worked hard and trained with some very talented chefs including Gary Rhodes, who had a world class restaurant on the sea front in the town of Christchurch Dorset. Rosana worked her way up to the position of head chef in a former 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant located in a busy Best Western hotel. She really started to master the art of fine deserts, pastries and cake making. Any spare time she had was spent in class at the Penningtons School of Cake Artistry, she learned all about royal icing and cake decorating. Her unique cakes and fine elaborate deserts were very popular for weddings, birthdays and every special occasion, she also sold many deserts and cakes to other local hotels and shops, including supplying deserts for a special function at the world famous Chewton Glen Hotel. Since then her move across the pond to America has allowed the locals here in Las Vegas the privilege of enjoying the quality of her master baking skills. Starting her new company, Rosana’s Custom Cakes & Catering brings the fine detailed designs and fantastic flavors from the United Kingdom to the hot Las Vegas dessert.
